WMS Bands
Music Web Site Recommendation

Add your suggestions to the student recommendation page!  Describe the link you found (classical and jazz, or instruments or music theory...) and I will create an entry for your thoughts.
Wayland Middle School Band students will receive enrichment points. As always, more words equals more points! (1-10 points possible)

Use a separate form for each site you are recommending and thanks!

Please use complete sentences and take pride in your work and your answers. (Spelling does not count.)

Either print this form, or select all of the info below and put it into an email & send me the info - muffitt@bandnotes.info

1) Your Name _____________________________________

2) Your email address (use your complete address, not just the user name - for example, write RGB13@aol.com, not just RGB13)

3) Name of Web Site

4) Address of Website (select the address in the address window, copy it and then paste it here or if you write it out, be sure to write the whole thing - http://www.etc....

5) Write a quick summary of what this web page was all about. Three or four sentences is fine; you may use my sentence beginnings or you may delete them. (Please use complete sentences in all answers!)

This site is about

Some of the links included in the page are

The site was written by (adult, young kid, college student, can't tell)

6) How big is the site (lots of pages? Just a few?)?

7) Tell me about at least three things that you found really interesting or useful about the site. Include a sentence to explain why you found the information interesting or useful. (Use complete sentences!)

Go back and make sure that you had three thoughts and that you included the "why you found the information interesting or useful" part, we don't want sites that aren't interesting or useful.
