Parents:

Please fill out this slip, sign it and return it to school with the band workshop materials money by Thursday, September 25 in order for the student to be entered in our raffle drawing. All forms must be in by Thursday, October 2 to avoid detention! Thanks for going over the manual with your son or daughter. And, thanks for taking the time to support your child and our program.
