Homework is due when homework is due, so try to get some of the assignments and do them over the weekend. Bring your books on the bus & you can get more done then. Use your study wisely - find a quiet place where you can focus & get stuff done.
Give the attached directions to your parents & ask them to come hear us play.
Parents: General Admission: in the past, the price has been $4.00 for adults, $2.00 for students (not the musicians). I'm assuming something similar, although they haven't told me!
Be helpful & courteous at all times. Put on your adult side and do Wayland proud. You are a guest in their school, act respectful of their school and their traditions, of each other, of the students from other towns and be a respectful, enthusiastic audience while we are listening to the other bands (just like you want them to listen to us!). But if I thought any this would be a problem, I wouldn't be taking you!
You may NOT go off and purchase snack food without specifically being told it is OK - our schedule is tight and waiting for some students to return could be a big problem. If there is a time slot available for purchasing snacks, I will tell you, otherwise, please eat what you bring or what we have with us.
