Junior District Audition Signup Wayland Middle School Please print this form and return it, with $27.00, no later than Monday, December 7, 2009 (HS students check with your director for due date). This is a firm deadline; any student who has not turned in this form by that date will not be included on the Wayland registration and will not be allowed to audition. Students auditioning for both jazz band and some other group should turn in two forms and two fees ($15+15+12=$42) Likewise, percussionists who are auditioning for more than one percussion part should follow the same formula. (No one else is allowed to do more than one audition, you can't audition for chorus and orchestra, for example.) Auditions are Saturday, January 30, 2010, early afternoon, at Concord-Carlisle Regional High School. The Wayland MS Jr. District Participant recital is Thursday, January 21, 2009, from 2:30 - 4:00 at the middle school. This recital is required for all MS instrumental students. HS students are encouraged to attend. The rehearsals are all day Friday, March 5 and there is a rehearsal and the concert which takes all day Saturday, March 6. Please check these dates to be sure you are free. (Notice that the Friday rehearsal is all day - you will miss school that day - and it runs into the evening. I don't have definite times yet.) The rehearsal & the concert are at Lincoln/Sudbury Regional High School. You can not miss any part of any rehearsal and still take part in the festival.
